for Associations or Individuals
who hire the Church premises
Thank you for your enquiry.
As part of our ministry in the City Centre, we in St Cuthbert's are always delighted when groups consider using our premises for their concert, recital or meeting. We hope your event will be successful. These notes are designed to let you know about the range of facilities we have available.
Please remember that St Cuthbert's is frequently open during the day for worship, for private devotion and for visitors. St Cuthbert's staff will do all they can to assist you in deciding whether or not the church or halls would be suitable for your purposes. Once you have had the opportunity to read these notes, please arrange for a member of your group or organisation to meet one of our Letting Conveners, Kenneth and Irene MacKenzie, at an early date, to view the facilities and to discuss any details with them.
Should you decide to hold your event here, the Ministers are always willing formally to welcome all those attending at the beginning of your concert or meeting. Kindly let us know if you would like this.
There should always be a representative of the church on duty. Those using the church should make themselves known to the Church Officer on arrival.
